Tired? Try polyphasic sleep, which is taking a half an hour nap every four hours or so. It worked for Leonardo da Vinci and this guy is at least giving it a (third) shot.
Considering that Linus is waking me up every three hours or so, maybe this would be implementable for me too… And in any case, it sounds interesting.
Another approach is the 28 hour day. I read somewhere, long ago, that a human would naturally have a day cycle of 25–27 hours. The problem of course is that 26 hours don’t divide very naturally with a week. But six days at 28 hours do.
